Terms and Conditions
We are here to help you. Our Terms and Conditions are simple and oriented towards customer success.
Common items in our terms and conditions agreement are:
- Customer Success Manager assigned to you will ensure 'customer success' as his 'key result area'.
- Your team mate will be working 5 days a week. And on 6th day your team mate will be training and documenting your company's work.
- Your team mate will be paid for the working period at 8 hours per day in the probation.
- Probation period of 3-6 months. Only paid for the working hours.
- Post confirmation: 20 days Annual Leave and Public Holiday as per Australian State.
- Direct employment of candidate possibilble after one year of continuous work through Emblaze.
- Monthly invoicing with 30 days credit period. No monthly adjustment of wages for "currency fluctuation".
- Monitoring of the candidate by Teramind software.
- Rules modelled on Fairwork, for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
- Flexibility in contract terms or conditions that protect you as our most valued client.
CHANGE and Refund Policy
Change and Refund Policy for our Customers. our policy is simple;
- We offer unlimited change of candidates. Change of mind is a good reason.
- We want you to succeed. Our Team Leader will ensure our team member is customer service oriented.
- Process of refund is simple, any fees charged in advance will be refunded. Any serviced amount will be offset against invoice.
